Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice about 6 limes
  • 1/2 cup good quality tequila
  • 1/4 cup triple sec
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup optional, for sweetness
  • Pink Himalayan Salt for rimming
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  • Prep the glasses: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it in Pink Himalayan Salt. Be fancy, it’s fine.
  • Juice those limes: Get your hands dirty and squeeze out that fresh lime juice. No bottled stuff, we’re adults here.
  • Shake it up: In a cocktail shaker, mix lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and agave syrup with ice. Shake it like you mean it – at least 15 seconds.
  • Pour and serve: Strain the mixture into your salt-rimmed glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge because presentation matters.

Additional Notes/Tips:

  • For extra zing, add a dash of smoked paprika to the salt rim for a spicy twist.
  • Use fresh lime juice. Seriously, don’t cheat on this.
  • If you're feeling fancy, swap the tequila for mezcal for a smoky, more robust flavor.
