Ingredients
  

For the Dough:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

For the Filling:

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tsp milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare dough: In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and melted butter. Stir until combined.
  • Roll out dough: On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle.
  • Add filling: Brush the dough with melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll and cut: Roll up the dough tightly and slice it into small bites.
  • Bake: Place the bites on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  • Make glaze: Mix powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over the warm bites.
  • Serve: Let cool slightly before indulging in these sweet, cinnamon-packed bites.
