Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or any nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients
  • In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
  • Add Wet Ingredients
  • In another bowl, mix almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), coffee, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Combine Mixtures
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Spread Mixture
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing it down evenly.
  • Bake
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Cool and Cut
  • Let the bars cool completely before cutting them into squares. Enjoy!
