Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup brewed coffee cooled
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix Wet Ingredients: Combine peanut butter, brewed coffee, and honey in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gently mix in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Spread and Bake: Spread the mixture in a lined baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  • Cool and Cut: Let cool before slicing into bars.
