  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 shot espresso or ¼ cup brewed coffee cooled
  • Ice for iced option
  • Sweetener of choice to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Coffee: Brew espresso or strong coffee, then let it cool.
  • Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine almond milk, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and peppermint extract until smooth.
  • Combine with Coffee: Pour cooled coffee into a mug (or glass if iced), and add the blended mixture.
  • Adjust Sweetness: Add your preferred sweetener, if desired, and stir well.
