Let me tell you when I enjoy this treat. Picture a rare sunny afternoon in Portland, and I’m lounging on my porch with this beauty in hand. It’s my perfect escape from reality, giving me a sweet boost just when I need it. Plus, who doesn’t love an excuse to drink something that tastes like dessert?

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate-hazelnut spread yes, Nutella works
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: whipped coconut cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew Coffee: Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool, or use pre-made cold brew.
  • Blend It Up: In a blender or shaker, combine 1 cup of cold brew coffee, 2 tablespoons of chocolate-hazelnut spread, and 1/2 cup of almond milk. Blend or shake until smooth.
  • Ice It Down: Fill your glass or mason jar with ice cubes.
  • Pour and Garnish: Pour the blended coffee mixture over the ice. For an extra touch, top with whipped coconut cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
