Delicious, energy-boosting bites made with chocolate, coffee, and oats. The ultimate snack for any occasion that needs a little pep.

- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coffee grounds or 1 shot of espresso
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, and coffee grounds.
Add honey, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.
Mix in chia seeds and chocolate chips.
Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Or, you know, just eat them all in one sitting.
