- 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate flavor
- 1/4 cup brewed espresso cooled
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar or sweetener
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
