- Peanut butter or almond butter: 1/4 cup
- Caramel sauce: 2 tbsp or melted caramel
- Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp
- Honey or maple syrup: 2 tbsp
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Chocolate chips: 1/4 cup dark or milk chocolate
- Chia seeds: 2 tbsp
- Sea salt: Pinch
Blend the base: Pulse the oats and cocoa powder in a food processor until fine.
Add the espresso: Mix in the espresso powder and pulse again.
Combine wet ingredients: Add peanut butter, caramel, honey, and vanilla. Blend until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
