Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat bananas, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with coffee.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool before slicing.
