Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup brewed coffee cooled
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat bananas, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with coffee.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool before slicing.
