- 2 tbsp brewed coffee
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt

In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Stir in coffee until the mixture thickens.
Add cashews to the coffee glaze, stirring until well-coated.
Spread the cashews on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
