  • 1 cup caramel-flavored protein powder
  • ½ cup brewed coffee cooled
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup nut butter almond or peanut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, caramel-flavored protein powder, and salt.
  • Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together coffee, honey, nut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Mix Together: Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until everything is evenly combined.
  • Add Extras: Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  • Spread in Dish: Press the mixture into the lined baking dish, spreading evenly.
  • Bake: Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Cool, then cut into bars.
