Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup or caramel extract
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee and let it cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together coffee, almond milk, caramel syrup, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  • Stir in chia seeds and a pinch of salt.
  • Pour mixture into jars or containers and refrigerate overnight.
  • The next morning, stir and enjoy!
