Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup optional for sweetness
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips optional topping

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or airtight container, combine oats, brewed coffee, milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir thoroughly until well combined.
  • Add maple syrup to sweeten, if desired.
  • Seal the container and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir again and top with chocolate chips or your favorite toppings.
