- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
For the Streusel Topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
Cream butter and sugar in another bowl until fluffy, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk, mixing until smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
For the streusel, combine flour, sugars, and cinnamon. Mix in melted butter until crumbly.
