Equipment

  • 1 Moka pot optional
  • 1 Milk frother optional(You can use a bowl and spoon/whisker to do the same)
  • 1 Coffee grinder optional(You can u se pre ground coffee as well)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup high-quality decaf coffee beans or use pre ground coffee beans
  • 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter
  • 1 tablespoon brain octane oil

Instructions
 

Instructions without moka pot:

  • Grind the decaf coffee beans to a fine consistency.
  • Boil water and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Add the coffee grounds to a French press or any other coffee maker.
  • Pour hot water into the French press and let it steep for 4-5 minutes.
  • While the coffee is steeping, use a milk frother to blend the grass-fed butter and brain octane oil until it becomes creamy and frothy.
  • Once the coffee is done steeping, press the plunger down slowly.
  • Pour the coffee into a cup and add the butter and oil mixture to it.
  • Use a milk frother to blend the coffee, butter, and oil mixture until it becomes frothy and well combined.

Instructions with moka pot

  • Grind the decaf coffee beans and fill the moka pot with the coffee grounds.
  • Place the moka pot on the stove over medium heat.
  • While the coffee is brewing, blend the grass-fed butter and brain octane oil using a milk frother.
  • Once the coffee is ready, pour it into a cup and blend in the butter and oil mixture using a milk frother.
