- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or unflavored
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 tbsp honey optional
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
In a blender, combine 1 cup fresh blueberries and 1 scoop protein powder.
Add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup almond milk to the blender.
If you prefer sweetness, include 1 tbsp honey and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
