Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine 1 cup fresh blueberries and 1 scoop protein powder.
  • Add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup almond milk to the blender.
  • If you prefer sweetness, include 1 tbsp honey and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a serving glass and enjoy immediately.
