Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 scoop blueberry muffin-flavored protein powder about 30 grams
  • 1/2 cup milk any type
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Whipped cream optional
  • Additional blueberries for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee and let it cool or chill in the fridge.
  • In a blender, combine blueberry muffin protein powder, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the cooled coffee and frozen blueberries. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass or tumbler.
  • Top with whipped cream and a few fresh blueberries if desired.
