Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 banana medium-sized
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Instructions
 

  • In your trusty blender, toss in 1/2 cup fresh strawberries and 1/2 cup blueberries.
  • Add 1/2 banana and 1 scoop protein powder to the mix.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for creaminess.
  • Add 1/2 cup almond milk to get that smooth texture.
  • If you’re feeling fancy, drizzle in 1 tbsp honey for sweetness.
  • Blend everything on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a serving glass and sip away your troubles!
