Ingredients
  

  • For the Oats:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup milk any kind
  • ½ cup brewed coffee cooled
  • ½ cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • For the Coffee-Laced Yogurt:
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, milk, coffee, berries, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla in a jar. Stir well.
  • Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight. Oats will soften and absorb the liquid.
  • Before serving, mix Greek yogurt, coffee, and honey in a bowl.
  • Spoon the yogurt over your oats.
