Ingredients
  

  • Banana: 1 large peeled
  • Milk whole or any preference: 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp
  • Honey: 1 tbsp optional
  • Ice cubes: 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Place the banana, milk, and vanilla extract in the blender.
  • Add honey if desired for sweetness.
  • Toss in the ice cubes.
  • Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
