Ingredients
  

For the Oats:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup milk any kind
  • ½ ripe banana mashed
  • ¼ cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

For the Coffee Cream Topping:

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mash banana in a jar, then add oats, milk, coffee, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir well.
  • Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight. The oats will absorb the liquid and thicken.
  • Before serving, whisk together Greek yogurt, coffee, and honey for the topping.
  • Spoon the coffee cream over your oats.
