Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Mash the bananas in a bowl, then mix with softened butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the banana mixture.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
While the bread is baking, prepare the coffee-caramel drizzle. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Then, add heavy cream, brewed coffee, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.
Once the bread is done, cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle the coffee-caramel sauce over the top.
Let the bread cool completely before slicing and serving.
