- Pitted dates: 1/2 cup
- Almond butter: 1/4 cup
- Instant coffee: 1 tbsp
- Unsweetened cocoa powder: 2 tbsp
- Almonds: 1/4 cup chopped
- Honey or maple syrup: 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Pinch of sea salt
- Dark chocolate chips: 1/4 cup
Blend dates: In a food processor, blend pitted dates until a paste forms.
Add dry ingredients: Add oats, cocoa powder, coffee, and a pinch of salt to the processor. Pulse until mixed.
Incorporate wet ingredients: Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla. Blend until the mixture sticks together.
