1 aeropress,
1 Coffee grinder
1 kettle or pot
1 Stirring spoon
- 15 grams light roast coffee beans
- 240 ml filtered water
Grind your coffee beans to a fine consistency.
Heat up your water to around 195-205°F.
Insert a filter into the Aeropress and wet it with hot water.
Add your ground coffee to the Aeropress.
Slowly pour your hot water over the coffee, stirring gently.
After about 1 minute, press down on the plunger of the Aeropress to extract the coffee.
Pour your coffee into a mug and enjoy!
