Ingredients
  

Tart Shells

Espresso Mousse

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp warm water

Chocolate Drizzle (Optional)

Instructions

  • Add egg yolk and cold water, mixing until dough forms.
