Ingredients
- For the Tart Shells
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp cold water
- ½ tsp salt
- For the Coffee Mousse
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the Chocolate Drizzle
- ½ cup dark chocolate melted
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Make the Tart Shells
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles crumbs.
- Add egg yolk and water, mixing until dough forms.
- Roll dough and press into tartlet molds.
- Poke holes in the crust with a fork.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before filling.
- Prepare the Coffee Mousse
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and espresso powder to stiff peaks.
- Stir in vanilla extract and chill for 15 minutes.
