Why settle for basic cream puffs when you can have éclairs stuffed with rich coffee mousse? These golden pastries balance crisp exteriors with a cloud-like filling. They scream sophistication but require zero fancy skills. The deep espresso flavor cuts through the sweetness, making them dangerously addictive. Want to impress without actually trying? Serve these. They look like something from a Parisian bakery but come together in your kitchen. Drizzle them with chocolate, dust them with cocoa, or just eat them straight off the tray. Either way, you win. Just don’t blame us when they disappear in minutes.
