Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup brewed espresso strong
  • 10 Medjool dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Pulse almonds, walnuts, and chia seeds in a food processor until coarsely ground.
  • Add cocoa, espresso, dates, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until the mixture sticks together.
  • Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes, then slice into bars.
