Ingredients

- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish.
- Blend walnuts, oats, and dates in a food processor until crumbly.
- Heat espresso, maple syrup, and coconut oil in a saucepan until combined.
