  • 1 cup pistachios shelled
  • ¼ cup brewed espresso
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon optional for extra warmth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
