Ingredients
- 1 cup pistachios shelled
- ¼ cup brewed espresso
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon optional for extra warmth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a saucepan, heat espresso, honey, sugar, salt, and cinnamon until it thickens slightly.
- Toss pistachios in the glaze until fully coated.
