Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup hazelnuts chopped
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread hazelnuts and oats on a baking sheet.
  • Toast for 8-10 minutes, stirring once.
  • In a saucepan, heat almond butter, syrup, espresso powder, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the warm mixture over toasted oats and nuts.
  • Mix well and form into small bites.
  • Let cool before serving.
