  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds chopped
  • 2 tbsp ground coffee yes, it’s breakfast and coffee in one
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
