Classic Vietnamese Iced Coffee with Robust Flavors
A strong, creamy Vietnamese iced coffee made with robustly brewed coffee and sweetened condensed milk.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Vietnamese ground coffee
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup boiling water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Place 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk at the bottom of your glass.
- Set up the Vietnamese coffee filter and add 2 tbsp ground coffee to it.
- Add a small amount of boiling water to the filter to let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds.
- Slowly pour the remaining boiling water over the coffee and let it drip.
- Once the coffee finishes dripping, stir it with the condensed milk and pour it over ice.
- Stir again, then enjoy your iced perfection.
